Search Doctors/Get Referrals
 
How It Works
  1. Search - Click on your state to begin search then browse the doctor profiles.
     
  2. Purchase- Once you locate the doctors by viewing the Physician Profiles that you wish to select for your referrals, click the “Purchase this Referral” button on the doctor’s profile.
     
  3. Checkout - You will be taken to the shopping cart and then asked to repeat the selection process for the remainder of your referrals-- once you have selected your three referrals you will then precede to checkout to complete your order.
     
  4. Download Page - After you have finished your order, the shopping cart will provide you with a download page so you can receive your referral certificates, (which indicate that you are to see the doctor at NO CHARGE, and receive a discount should you book surgery with him/her) and your two (2) books and two (2) reports.
       
  5. Print Out – You will print out your referral certificates and other information on your own printer.
